Upon hearing the news that Clay Aiken is rumored to be in contract at the Arris Lofts, and after having a few glasses of vino… we um, had some fun in photoshop last night. Does that mean LIC is going to be invaded by a bunch of gaggling Claymates?

NYC is not good enough for me…I even thought about the Bronx - but that was way too upscale for me. I wanted a happy medium. By the way, my apartment is the one that has an American Idol sticker by the peep hole.

I also heard that Kelly Clarkson and Rueben have also bought at this condo. Oh and Anastasia too and all other contestants of American Idol. They all live in the building. Seriously, this is true.
I would welcome Clay into our building if I ran into him in the lobby… anyone who gives as much time to charitable activities as he appears to is the kind of respectable neighbor I want.

Is it possible to find a rental for up to $2000.00 a month? I recently relocated and have been living in NJ and commuting to work at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
