LIC brokers are always trying to use that as a selling point when they can't justify these ridiculous prices. Can't believe brokers are still trying to transfer those insane closing costs to buyers in THIS market!! Laugh. Don't be fooled. Judging by all those price cuts at Powerhouse, Casa Vizcaya and Hunters Point, I hope these grocery stores will be having good sales on milk?
