It would be nice if the resturant was full. The MTA needs to get the message that this is not okay, and they need to find ways of maintaining the lines without causing such a large disruption - something that they already do with every other subway line in the system. These disruptions have been happening every year for past two decades and enough is enough. I think the MTA believes that the area between QB plaza and Vernon Jackson is unpopulated and that no one really lives here. This is our chance to sound off and let them know that they are wrong. Kudos to Van Bramer for setting this up and going beyond the basic photo-op. I would like to see him continue to push for a plan from the MTA that avoids this from happening again next year.
