He's making faces like he is? I want my councilman to be able to afford something other the rot gut. This candidate is ridiculous and he is a puppet for the guy on the right. The ones you find out years later were funneling hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars into a nonprofit controlled by a relative who was paying kickbacks on it.
