Hello,

Marko here from The Yoga Room. I feel dumb responding since most of the messages here were posted at least six months ago. I’m sorry, but most of our energy here has been focused on the new LIC location. Now that I’ve finally come up for air; here’s the scoop:

The Yoga Room LIC is currently located at 5-46 50th Avenue. Five seconds from the Vernon/Jackson stop on the 7 line. We’re right across the street from the police precinct.

We are moving to a new location on 47th Road right off of Vernon. It is a 5,000 sf location and will offer everything we currently offer in our Astoria location. Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Pilates, etc. We’re shooting for a grand opening before the New Year.

Can you pay a monthly rate as opposed to just each class?

I think they have some info on their website. Are they going to 47th Road? licQcity showed a building a while back that was supposed to become a yoga place.

Does anyone know when the Yoga Room will be moving to their larger LIC location? And where it will be?

And let us not overlook the Yoga Room on 50th Ave bet Vernon and Fifth. They have been offering vinyassa yoga and pilates for quite some time. They are listed under the heading “Community” on this blog.
