		<description>Supposedly things are still moving forward on Hunters Point South.  The Budweiser site is privately owned so who knows when the owner will want to build there.  I agree with #1&#039;s point, if Rockrose is having issues even though the State is paying for the waterfront parks, private owners who are expected to pay for the parks themselves are not likely to be developing any time soon.</description>

		<description>Speaking of waterfront development... Does anyone know if Hunters Point South is still in the works?  I haven&#039;t heard anything since it was approved by city council in November.

		<description>That would be nice if city planning was making waterfront plans more flexible.  But with current conditions, I can&#039;t see anyone developing property and opening up more waterfront space any time soon.</description>
