Any word on what the owners of McReilly’s are up to?
They took down more of the scaffolds around 10-63 so you can see it better now. I think it is one of the better looking new buildings. The corner balconies look nice although I’m not sure their view down on traffic would be all that interesting. Although it might be a little interesting to watch pedestrians scrambling to get across Jackson.
Yes, you could place bets on who will make it across the street or not.
Walked by there today too. It’s looking good. It’s always nice when the netting comes off of a building. At least one building resembles the rendering.
Great building and those balconies look razor sharp!
The 10-63 building is freaky sharp and makes feng shui defense absolutely necessary. Nasty chi for occupants of whatever building the pointy part is aiming at. The older building had the corner chamfered. Of course it was a nicer building, imho. Oops, here we go…have a nice day

According to USA Today, the air quality outside P.S. 78 isn’t as bad as I thought it would be, though it certainly isn’t great either. The school ranked in the 18th percentile. Out of 128,000 schools tested nationwide, P.S. 78 ranked 22,642.
