They should have. It’s been in various planning stages since the late 90′s, in one form or another.
i realy hope “middle income housing” isn’t as bad as the slippery slope it sounds like…

the owner sounds very “not cool” from this article and from the stores’ website.
another person thinking that celebrity and show biz are the Holy Grail.
So these items in the prop store would otherwise just get thrown away? I don’t understand why that is the only other option. Why couldn’t these film companies just call up the Salvation Army, Goodwill or any other charity and have these things picked up?
