Pretty much like every other building in NYC, which is to say, not really. No one can get mortgages, so no one can buy. Developers won’t lower prices, so the apartments just sit on the market.
i am interested in the vere building,wondering if anybody from the purves condo can comment on the area
Why did the other Vere comments go away? Just b/c Vere advertises here doesn’t mean they should be able to censor comments.
