Studio Square is really dissapointing. It attracts a realy young crowd and the music plays at ear shaterrring levels on weekends in the yard. It might be a garden with benches serving beer but its not an authentic beer garden.
Still nothing beats Bohemian Hall. Even Wunderbar has a better vibe than Studio Square.

Love Studio Square!

Studio Square is guido heaven! Never have I seen so many gold medallions and hairy chests as I have at Studio Square. I much prefer the chilled atmosphere at t.b.d.’s beer garden in Greenpoint.

CUNY’s dorms make much more sense now that they are moving their law school to court square. What building are they moving into?

Studio Square is superlame… it’s not that its “young people” in as much as dudebro/guido/frat/eurotrash young people. Really cheesy music. Very Long Island/New Jersey vibes. Bohemian Hall is so much more chill (and diluted by other types of folks).

How’s Brooklyn treating you #5?

Casa Vizcaya’s developers are unbelievable. I understand they have already broken ground for The Orient up by Socrates Sculpture Park. I also understand that even the condo buyers have a huge laundry list of troubles.

I wonder if Rockrose’s split will affect their 110% money back guarantee on The View condo purchases?
