Hello commenters. Yes a bunch of comments were removed. It’s not censorship, this is a privately operated blog, not a public bulletin board. While there is no user registration, the commentary is moderated. If you want a clue on how to avoid your comment being deleted, avoid mindlessly bashing a business. Since we don’t have any transparency on the commenters, people with vendettas can use this blog to exercise their anger. This blog is not here for that. If you feel offended by having your comment removed, just wait until there is user registration, which will actually ‘censor’ the commentary on its own.
In the meantime, if a negative comment towards a business is deemed ‘constructive’ then it will remain. If it’s something vague and biting without any intelligent feedback, chances are it will be removed. In the future, once there is user registration at least there is some visibility on who’s doing the bashing. Otherwise right now there is too much room to take advantage of the anonymity. Which is happening. So bear with us until we can register your email address with every comment. Until then, this site’s commentary is officially MODERATED, not an uncensored free-for-all.
