Yes, L Haus is ugly. But is it really the ugliest building in ALL of Queens?
No. That one across the street or any of the Feddersy ones are uglier. Chicago apparently has urban design codes of some sort as you don’t see ANY new buildings there with those exposed air conditioners.
I like L Haus. I think it is modern an interesting. What’s awful are all the new buildings in Astoria with the mismatched marble and chrome railings and exposed air conditioners.
