Thirdly, if you’re worried about future Arris buyers being detracted, then that hooker comment is the least of your worries. What’s more worrisome is the article that was linked to twice in the entry which refers to a severely disgruntled buyer. I’d love to hear in the comments from Arris dwellers, what’s going on in the building?? Are others having the same kind of problems as the person who wrote into curbed?

And lastly, how hot are the concierge staff & doormen? Are any of them single?

You actually seem to running a respectable LIC blog, but what we don’t need is more off-the-cuff, misinformed references about hookers at arris. I mean, you live around here–you therefore know that hookers don’t hang out in front of Arris, so don’t continue spreading this idiotic rumor which was obviously started by some disenchanted individual who has taken it upon himself to use the word “hooker” in relation to Arris on every single blog and bulletin board in existence that is remotely related to LIC. If he has found this blog, I promise you, he’ll post here about hookers! Do you really want your blog to be about tedious discussions about where the hookers ostensibly are or do you want to be about all the cool stuff that you’re covering. I say keep to what you’re good at.
