		<description>this rat will become more and more common as new construction continues.  its the old union strategy, milk a job for all its worth, then the developers get pissed, tehn they strike, brillant, one of the reasons why $500-600 sq ft is the lowest new cnstruction can ever go and one of the reasons never to buy new construction, this is going to just get worse.  the talent is thin folks!
