		<description>I think most people who have no connection to LIC (like a son) will have a bad experience at a hotel in LIC... or not so great.  I mean, those hotels are going to be cheaper, so they'll definitely get patrons.  It's definitely not good for DK though.  In the future the hotels are likely to bring a bunch of trash amenities.  Not to mention how callously the developers are treating the current residents' homes.
