		<description>I think it's an eyesore.  And I think half of these comments are plants from developers.  There is no way they are 40% sold.    How can one get the real information on that.  Does anyone know where sales are listed in public record?

The building on the left, Hunter's View, is only 70 something units, so compared to most developments in the area, its not much of a monstrosity (though the other one seems to be bigger, but only 11 stories).  And as for the eye sore, well you are right that they are all concrete, but this is the period we call "under construction"... if concrete slab and shear walls were meant to be pretty, they would leave them that way and save a ton of money.  I'm sure even the Vatican looked like a piece of Sh*t while it was under construction.

		<description>i think they exceeded 40% overall between the two buildings.  this building is not quite up to 40% yet but getting close i'm told.  despite the current economic issues i'm very happy i purchased as i think once those windows are in the building will look great.........
