Businesses that target kids and families in LIC will be successful. I’ve lived here 12 years and I must say there is a huge baby boom the last few years.

The inside looks a lot better than the outside. Love those high ceilings and big windows. Any floor plans availible?

anyone know the building’s website? is it already all sold out or are all sales starting in the fall? just curious.

Sales are starting next month or so, as I’m told.
