<description>There were plenty of terraces and balconies! They didn't release any info on common charges or taxes, they will have a 421-A Tax Abatement. Square footage is standard just like every other condo development.

<description>The East Coast table was at a weird spot at the Showcase. Kind of crammed in a corner. But everyone that walked on that side had to pass it very closely. They had floorplans (which looked pretty good) and some more screen shots on a video, but not much else.

It seems like Robert A.M. Stern is doing the premier "non-glass" designs these days. Some of the UES and UWS buildings that were using limestone and brick looked really good.

<description>hahah you really did have a real estate heavy weekend! the "condo festival" sounds hilarious.. and lovely to meet you at the infofest, of course. :) random comments: i totally agree about the overabundance of big glassy towers! i realized it the most after i left the infofest and passed by the condos built/being built by gantry plaza. also.. i did have the strange combo of sushi and bbq at lucky mojo and didn't have any complaints - both of the buffets were really good, and i'm not even a huge fan of sushi (though i love the ones with the avocado in them..). :)

<description>What else did you learn about the Rockrose condo? Common charges? Square footage of the starting apartments? Details for their tax abatement? Doorman? Access to the East Coast pool?
