They didn't release any info on common charges or taxes, they will have a 421-A Tax Abatement. Square footage is standard just like every other condo development. Kind of crammed in a corner. But everyone that walked on that side had to pass it very closely. They had floorplans (which looked pretty good) and some more screen shots on a video, but not much else. It seems like Robert A.M. Stern is doing the premier "non-glass" designs these days. Some of the UES and UWS buildings that were using limestone and brick looked really good. The East Coast table was at a weird spot at the Showcase. Kind of crammed in a corner.
