The Fall condo bloom in Long Island City is continued by the Prestige Condos, formerly known as Greenview. Low-rise building and open lofts with more than decent views. Virtual doorman, rooftop gym, built in apt speakers, storage, and standard luxury applicance offerings. You know.

At the GF level, LIC Kids will be occupying the corner retail space, and the adjacent 900SF space is currently available. It was to be a toy store, but that perhaps will pop up in another Hunters Point location someday. Very high ceilings.

How can anyone say with a straight face that they live in a building called “Prestige”? Gross. Donald Trump has been outdone.

Does anyone know anything about the condo building going up next to the Hunters Point building on Borden across from the LIRR station?

What about the tiny finger on 47 Rd between Vernon and 11th? LIQ, you shold get a picture of the board that’s up on it with a preview of the building. There’s a hilarious tiny graffiti on it, if you can spot it. I never remember to bring my camera or I’d send it to you.

The building has styrofoam siding and a Fedders facade. Yes, I would agree that $700 is correct. I assume you mean $700/month rent, right?

PowerHouse shuts down within 6 weeks…they are cooked. It’s over, kids.
